Unit recently using Sat-Nav in Cyprus just wasn't an option as there were no decent digital maps available (incredible, but true). A local firm has now created a map, although it is not currently included in any of the standard "European wide maps" from the main providers such as TomTom and Garmin.
Purchasing the data separately is probably not worth doing just for a week's holiday so if you really want the comforting tones of the Sat-Nav to guide you on your journey youre best bet is to hire one from the airport, if available.
Got an iPhone? Well, Google Maps will work but is nothing to write home about and the data costs could be horrendous as Internet coverage in Cyprus is not the best.
And the available printed maps are nothing to write home about either! It all makes you appreciate home, but there is always the sunshine as a compensation.
Anyway here is one map for starters.
