The weather in Cyprus is...lovely! With 340 days sunshine a year it's the perfect place for a holiday, with temperatures ranging from pleasantly mild to scorching.
OK, perhaps you were looking for more detail?
Well maybe look at this map first.

There's a lot of brown in that map, because most of the land is desert. And Cyprus, as you can see, is as far as you can go without hitting some cultures which are very different indeed. Plus, because it's an island, you have a cooling breeze most of the time, so the heat doesn't become unbearable. And because it is an island with mountains, unlike somewhere like Malta, you get a lot of greenery too.
So there you have it. Middle Eastern weather, but European customs, hospitality and air passenger duty (fly any further and you pay a lot more tax!)
Of course that is the climate generally, with long dry hot summers and short mild winters, but you may want to know more about the month(s) you are thinking of travelling to Cyprus. So here is a climate chart, with a comparison to London for reference.

Please note that these are average daily temperatures, and it will tend to be a lot warmer in early afternoon. We would show you the rainfall chart, but it's not really worth it as there is next to no rain outside the winter months. Unlike say the Canaries, it is very unlikely that a holiday in Cyprus will be blighted by a weather pattern bringing in days and days of rain. the climatologists tell us rain is likely to fall on 8 days in January, 6 days in December and February, then tailing off to next to nothing.
Rain tends to be torrential but brief, as opposed to what sometimes feel like permanent in England. So the climate in Cyprus is, well, lovely!
