Located at the foot of Catalkoy village (Cha – Tal – Kowe) near Kyrenia Town. This 3-bedroom villa is placed within a private development of villa’s on the coast. With its own garden/patio area to the rear and balcony to the front facing the blue sea of the Mediterranean.

The property is set within landscaped gardens, which encircle the shared large swimming pool with a small children’s pool attached. There is also a Tennis court and children’s swings. This is all encircled by a woodland landscape. It is also conveniently located for the beach.

The villa has three bedrooms comprising of two master double bedrooms and a third room which has two single beds, in all it sleeps up to six people comfortably. There is a fully fitted bathroom, a fitted kitchen with all European appliances including a microwave for quick snacks. The kitchen diner leads to the open plan living area with a balcony. There is a TV and video plus a music system for your enjoyment, with a selection of music / video and books from the house collection for you to enjoy on your stay.

The complex is located on a raised coastal location which has no direct access to the sea, but within easy access to the private beach resort of ACAPULCO BEACH. This is a 1 minute Drive or a 1Km walk from the Villa (approx. 10 minutes.). There are ample facilities in this modern resort with long stretches of golden sandy beaches with sun beds and shades included in the small entry fee usually around £2 p/day. There is a large restaurant which can supply all your daily eating and drinking needs and at the end of the day there are fresh water showers and changing rooms to wash off the sea salt and change into something fresh.
